The short answer is none, as the majority of Bridging Loans are secured by a charge on your property or properties.
This all depends on how quickly we can work together to get the necessary documents but if that process is speedy then in a lot of cases funds can be with you in as quick as 5 working days. However, the average amount of time to complete the whole process is 2 weeks.
We can usually provide an indicative quote without anything other than top level information (annual turnover, years trading etc). Each lender requires different documents which will usually include include annual accounts, business bank statements, and directors ID.
More often than not the answer is ‘no’. This is due to the nature of the loan and how quickly a Bridging Facility can be set up. However, this is not always the case so it’s always worth having a chat with us to see what’s possible.
As previously mentioned, we are an ethical broker. We will only ever put you in front of one of our lenders if we believe you and your business are in healthy order and there is minimal risk involved when taking out a Bridging Loan.
